Immigration and Visas Services Ireland Ltd will rely on full and accurate information being provided by the client in all cases. The client must provide all relevant documentation so that their application can be forwarded to the Immigration Authority. Applications that have been subject to delay due to a client’s failure to provide such information or documentation may be affected by changes in policy or new laws enacted. We are not responsible for applications that have become ineligible as a result of such changes to Immigration Law or Policy. We have no control over decisions made by the Immigration Authorities or any delays that may occur in these decisions. Additional information may be required from the client at any time to assist the Immigration Authorities in coming to a final decision regarding the client’s application. All clients of Immigration and Visa Services Ireland Ltd must be Principals only and will become clients of the company on payment of the appropriate fee relevant to the work contracted for at the time of such payment. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for applications submitted by a principal where there has been a failure to disclose a third party involvement or any attempt to subcontract an application on behalf of another. We will deal with your case personally and keep you informed of the progress of your application.

Consultation Booking

When booking a Consultation, Phone or In-Person, a number of personal details will be required. You can access these details and your appointments via the Customer Panel. If you no longer wish to have these details stored via the Customer Panel or access to your booking history, you can delete your account via the Customer Panel.
