Appeals of external applications refused.
We will assist you in an appeal of an application refused whether submitted by you on your own behalf or by an outside body or agency. However, in cases where you have engaged an outside body or agency to act on your behalf in submitting the original application, we strongly suggest that you continue to engage their services in submitting your appeal. They should have the most in-depth knowledge of the details and correspondence surrounding your original application.
If you are adamant that you no longer wish to continue to avail of the services of such body or agency then we are willing to discuss with you whether we may be of assistance in submitting your appeal.
